Fault Finding

Use a Cheta Voltmeter and check fencer voltage with fence line disconnected.

If normal reconnect fence line.

Test fence line a section at a time until the fault is found. The cutting out of the faulty section of fence raises the voltage to normal.

Examine faulty section carefully.

Common Earth Faults:

These two most common problems are always due to faulty fence lines and INADEQUATE EARTHING.

REMEMBER
Time spent installing a fence properly is well rewarded.

High output Terminals on these two controllers should never be used to control Stock in an enclosed Paddock, Yard or at a Silage Barrier.
