The fence costs remain the same, whether constructed on a bank or at field level. With the TAMS 3 grant, farmers can apply for funding by entering the length of the fencing, excluding any opening for gateways, on the online investment tab.
Additionally, the grant also covers the cost of solar electric fencers, which are priced on a unit basis. Farmers can enter the number of solar electric fencers required in the investment tab.
For horse tape/rope fencing, the grant covers the cost per linear meter, which includes all posts, tape/rope, insulators, and installation expenses. Farmers can apply for funding by entering the length of the horse tape/rope fencing, excluding any opening for gateways, in the online investment tab.
